Our approach

Massage therapy that focuses on what your body needs

At Hermeduss, every session is adapted to you. Your therapist takes time to understand where you feel tension, discomfort or restriction, then focuses the treatment on the areas that need support. From sports recovery and deep muscle tension to back, legs and postural discomfort, the aim is simple: help you move with more ease and feel better in your body.

Treatments

Focused massage therapy, tailored to you

Sports Massage

Focused therapy for active people, gym-goers, runners and cyclists. Eases tightness, supports recovery and improves mobility.

Best for: Training recovery · tired muscles · restricted movement.

Deep Tissue Massage

Slow, targeted pressure that works into deeper layers of muscle and fascia. Ideal for chronic tension, knots and postural strain.

Best for: Neck & shoulder tension · lower back · deep tightness.

Cupping Massage

Suction lifts and decompresses tissue to increase circulation and release tension. Standalone or paired with massage.

Best for: Muscle tension · recovery · tight fascia.

Back Massage

A targeted 30-minute treatment for the back, shoulders and lower back — one of the most common areas of tension.

Best for: Desk posture · shoulder tension · lower back.

Legs Massage

Focused work for tired legs — calves, hamstrings, quads and glutes — for runners, cyclists and gym training.

Best for: Runners · cyclists · long days on your feet.

Injury Assessment & Taping

30 minutes to assess discomfort and movement. Kinesiology taping provides gentle support and body awareness.

Best for: Niggles · movement discomfort · light support.

Relaxing Massage

A calm, flowing full-body massage that eases stress and tension, settles the nervous system and leaves you deeply relaxed.

Best for: Stress relief · better sleep · pure unwind.

Clean and simple studio but very comfy massage bed. The massage itself was the best combination of both therapeutic for past injuries mentioned initially and soothing with relaxation. Medium pressure started off as agreed, a couple of times I mentioned a little more or less pressure on different areas and I left feeling so much better. Thank you!

I’ve been 3 times now and have had massive improvement in hip mobility and also reduced tightness in my legs. I also suffer back, neck and shoulder pain from driving for a living so I also have this seen to and get relief here also. I’d highly recommend Hermeduss and will definitely be going back again soon. Also great value for money.

Here as a performer at the Fringe. The walking on these hills has been brutal with my massive backpack. Attention to muscles in my calves, thighs and shoulders was great - pressure as hard or soft as I needed. Great value, highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the one hour deep tissue massage. The therapist, Mr Yovcho Hristov, knew very well what he was doing and he was very professional. I felt my body much better and releived from pain. I would highly recommend his treatments.
